The organizing committee is pleased to invite tutorial proposals for the IEEE International Conference on Advanced Video and Signal-based Surveillance (AVSS 2021). Tutorials can be for either half or full day. Tutorials will be held on November 16, 2021. Tutorial proposals can address either emerging or established research topics that will be of broad interest to the video and signal based surveillance community. For details, please see the PDF.
