Congratulations on your accepted AVSS2021 paper!

Please follow the following steps to submit the final (camera-ready) version of your paper:

1. Revise your paper:

 Please read reviewer comments and revise your paper to address them (if applicable), add author information and revert any changes you had made to ensure author anonymity. You must use either the Latex or the Microsoft Word template from the Submissions page (if you haven’t already done so when preparing the original submission) as otherwise IEEE will not accept your paper for publication in IEEE Xplore. In Latex, you need to uncomment the “\avssfinalcopy” and “\thispagestyle{empty}” lines. Check again  not to include any page numbers in the camera-ready version. The final version must  not include line numbers (blue) and page numbers (at the bottom).

Copyright Notice: A copyright notice should be added to your paper before proceeding with the next step as described below:

-> For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

-> For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3396-9/21/$31.00 ©2021 Crown

-> For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3396-9/21/$31.00 ©2021 European Union

-> For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-3396-9/21/$31.00 ©2021 IEEE

Before Creating the final PDF:

-> Add the copyright notice to the footer of the first page (on the left) of your source document.

-> Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

2. Check PDF file compliance with IEEE PDF eXpress: 

-> Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site

-> First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2. Enter the following:

52988X for the Conference ID, your email address, a password.

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

3. Upload your paper’s PDF file:

Upload the PDF-eXpress-compliant file to (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AVSS2021). After you login, use the “Camera-ready – Edit” icon to submit your paper. You must complete the copyright transfer form.

4. Deadlines and other information

-> The camera-ready paper must be uploaded by 23:59 October 18, 2021 AoE (Anywhere on Earth).

-> The camera-ready paper should be limited to 8 pages in length, including references.

-> At least one author must register for the conference at full (non-student) rate. Our registration website will be active soon. Failure to meet this requirement will result in removal of the paper from the AVSS 2021 technical program.

-> Papers which are not presented at the conference will be excluded from the official proceedings and will not appear in IEEE Xplore. It is, therefore, critical that at least one author of this paper attend the conference to present the work.‎

Video Upload Instructions

-> Since the conference is online and attendees are in different time zones, the authors will have to create and send the organizers a pre-recorded video of their presentation. To facilitate this, the authors should kindly complete the following by October 18, 2021:

-> 1) Record a 12-minute presentation video for your accepted paper.

-> 2) Rename your presentation video as XXXX.mp4 (XXXX is your paper ID).

3) The recommended resolution is 1920 X 1080, and the recommended file format is MP4. The maximum file size is 350MB.

4) Upload them to CMT along with your camera ready papers.

In summary, there should be 2 files there: XXXX.pdf and XXXX.mp4.
